We started out with just a local support group which was a face to face monthly meet up. We found that not many men wanted to come and talk because they have busy lives so we changed it to an online forum.We found many men from all over the UK wanted to join. As this is still a rare cancer but very widespread then it's now become a national support group that they can just pop in and talk now and then rather than commit to group meetings was best.
